摘 要:超高层建筑深基坑支护是重要的基础工程,而拆撑施工需要在保证结构强度和稳定性的前提下进行,否则可能会引发严重的事故和影响。论文研究了毗邻地铁地区超高层建筑深基坑拆撑施工技术,根据工程案例设计特点和实际需求,分析了拆撑施工工艺流程,并针对换撑、切割、临时支撑、拆除方式、分块原则、吊装转运等主要技术要点进行了阐述。The deep foundation pit support of super high-rise buildings is an important foundation engineering,and the demolition and support construction needs to be carried out on the premise of ensuring structural strength and stability,otherwise it may cause serious accidents and impacts.The paper studied the construction technology of deep foundation pit dismantling and shoring for super high-rise buildings in adjacent subway areas.Based on the design characteristics and actual needs of engineering cases,the construction process of dismantling and shoring was analyzed,and the main technical points such as shoring replacement,cutting,temporary support,dismantling method,block division principle,lifting and transportation were elaborated.
