摘 要:虽然预制装配式桥梁施工技术解决了传统桥梁施工技术施工周期长、环境污染严重等不足,但该技术仍有制作和拆模工艺复杂等弊端。论文以荣乌高速全预制装配式预应力混凝土双T梁桥为例,研究了装配式先张预应力混凝土双T梁的预制技术,详细阐述了其技术特点、工艺流程以及操作要点。Although the prefabricated bridge construction technology solves the shortcomings of the traditional bridge construction technology such as long construction period and serious environmental pollution,it still has some drawbacks such as complicated manufacturing and dismantling process.Taking the RongWu Expressway fully prefabricated prestressed concrete double T beam bridge as an example,the precast technology of pre-tensioning prefabricated prestressed concrete double T beam is studied,and its technical characteristics,process flowandoperation points areelaboratedindetail.
