摘  要:为探讨有着“恶性结石病”之称的感染性结石的成因,以便更好地预防和诊治,借鉴地质学研究思路,采用偏光显微镜技术和激光拉曼光谱技术,对典型感染性结石样品进行了详细的显微成分和结构分析。结果表明,感染性结石具有非均一性特征,结构上呈现由不同粒径颗粒构成的典型的“核-幔-边”结构,矿物成分主要为鸟粪石和碳酸磷灰石,少量样品含草酸钙石。初步认为其成因受环境体系和晶体习性的共同约束。利用地质学研究思路,对感染性结石物质组成和物质结构显微尺度的快速精准分析,为厘定结石形成环境和成石机制提供依据,也是医学和地学领域的跨界探索。In order to explore the cause of infectious stone,which is known as"malignant calculus disease",and to provide better prevention and treatment,the detailed microscopic composition and structural analysis of typical infectious stone samples were carried out using polarized microscope and laser Raman spectroscopy,with reference to geological research ideas.The results show that the infectious stones are non-homogeneous with a typical"core-mantle-edge"structure composed of particles of different sizes,and the mineral composition is mainly struvite and carbonate apatite,with a small number of samples containing calcium oxalate.It is preliminarily proved that its genesis is constrained by both the environmental system and the crystal habit.By using geological research ideas,rapid and accurate analysis of the material composition and material structure of infectious stones at the microscale can provide a basis for determining the stone formation environment and stone formation mechanism,which is also a cross-border exploration in the field of medicine and geology.
