摘  要:某电厂一组220 kV GIS电缆终端在近10年内相继发生了3次电缆终端爆炸故障,故障都是在寒潮来临后的凌晨发生。该组GIS电缆终端使用的是G&W公司的PATR160D-SF充油式GIS终端,应力锥为PATR160D-SF充油式。故障击穿点都发生在应力锥包覆区域上方10~15 mm处。为了找出故障原因,对故障电缆头进行了解体,分析了故障引发的原因,并提出了针对该型GIS电缆终端的反措和建议,以期对同型高压电缆终端运行提供借鉴与帮助。A group of 220 kV cable GIS terminal in a power plant had exploded three times in ten years,all of which occurred in the early morning after the cold wave.The GIS cable terminal of this group was PATR16ODSF oil-filled GIS terminal produced by G&W company,and the stress cone was PATR160D-SF oil-filled GIS terminal.The breakdown points all occurred at 10~15 mm above the stress cone coating area.In order to find out the cause of the fault,the head of the defective cable was disassembled,the cause of the fault was analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for this type of GIS cable terminal were put forward,in order to provide reference and help for the operation of the same type of high-voltage cable terminal.
