高质量发展背景下水利风景区建设管理的思考

摘　　要：水利风景区是维护河湖健康生命、传承弘扬水文化、建设幸福河湖的重要平台,建设水利风景区是推进水生态文明建设的重要路径。如何推动水利风景区高质量发展,实现水利风景区的提质增效是当前亟需解决的问题。本文分析了江西省水利风景区发展过程中面临的发展失衡、形式单一、人才缺乏等问题,提出相应的对策及建议,以期为水利风景区高质量发展提供借鉴和思路。Water scenic spots are important platforms to maintain the healthy life of rivers and lakes,inherit and promote water culture,and build rivers and lakes with peoples'happiness.Building water scenic spots are important paths to promote the construction of water ecological civilization.How to promote the high-quality development of water scenic spots and improve the quality and efficiency of water scenic spots is an urgent problem to be solved currently.This paper analyzes the developing problems faced by the water scenic spots in Jiangxi province,such as unbalanced development,single form,lack of talents,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference and ideas for the high-quality development of water scenic spots.
