摘 要:[目的]评估唑虫酰胺在茶叶上使用后的安全性,在山东、江苏等10地开展了田间残留试验,研究唑虫酰胺在鲜、干茶叶上的最终残留及消解动态规律,并进行膳食摄入风险评估。[方法]样品经乙腈提取,超高效液相色谱法(UHPLC-MS/MS)检测,外标法定量。[结果]在0.001~1.2 mg/L范围内,唑虫酰胺在鲜茶、干茶叶的质量浓度与色谱峰面积间呈良好的线性关系(R^(2)>0.99);在0.01、0.05、0.50、50、100 mg/kg添加水平下,唑虫酰胺在鲜、干茶叶上的平均回收率为75%~105%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~7.3%。唑虫酰胺在鲜、干茶叶上的消解半衰期分别为1.26~10.53、0.85~4.00 d。鲜、干茶叶中唑虫酰胺最终残留量分别为0.70~3.8、0.54~16 mg/kg。茶叶中唑虫酰胺对18岁及以上男女人群的长期膳食摄入风险商(RQc)为0.10~0.17,短期摄入风险商(RQa)为0.33~0.41,均为可接受风险。[结论]30%唑虫酰胺悬浮剂按推荐有效成分112.5 g a.i./hm2剂量在茶园中施药1次,不会造成茶叶中唑虫酰胺的残留超标,且对成年人群的膳食摄入风险在可接受的范围之内,对消费者较为安全。[Aims]In order to evaluate the safety of tolfenpyrad after being applied on tea,field trials were conducted in 10 provinces including Shandong and Jiangsu to investigate the terminal residues and dissipation dynamics of tolfenpyrad in fresh and dry tea samples.The dietary intake risk was also assessed in this paper.[Methods]The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and quantified by external standard method.[Results]Excellent linearities(R^(2)>0.99)of tolfenpyrad were performed based on measurement of peak areas over the concentration range from 0.001 to 1.2 mg/L in fresh and dry tea matrix matched standard solutions.The average recoveries of tolfenpyrad in fresh and dry tea samples ranged from 75%to 105%at 5 spiked levels(0.01,0.05,0.50,50 and 100 mg/kg),with relative standard deviations(RSDs)from 0.7%to 7.3%.The half-lives of tolfenpyrad were 1.26-10.53 and 0.85-4.00 d in fresh and dry tea samples respectively.The terminal residues of tolfenpyrad in fresh and dry tea samples were 0.70-3.8 and 0.54-16 mg/kg.The risk assessment results showed that the long-term dietary intake risk(RQc)of tolfenpyrad was 0.10-0.17,and the contribution rate to the short-term intake risk quotient(RQa)was 0.33-0.41,which were both acceptable to the health of men and women aged 18 and above.[Conclusions]It is safe to spray tolfenpyrad 30%suspension concentrate once at the recommended dosage of 112.5 g a.i./ha on tea trees.The total residues of tolfenpyrad will not exceed the established maximum residue limit.The risk of dietary intake is acceptable for adult population,making it relatively safe for consumers.
