摘 要:[目的]为6%抗坏血酸水剂与0.2%苯丙烯菌酮微乳剂共施在茶园应用提供理论指导。[方法]采用常规喷雾法,将6%抗坏血酸水剂45.00 g a.i./hm^(2)和0.2%苯丙烯菌酮微乳剂32.14 g a.i./hm^(2)应用于茶炭疽病和茶饼病防治。[结果]2种药剂共施对茶饼病和茶炭疽病的防效具有协同作用,防效分别达到70.23%、73.67%,与单施对照药剂25%吡唑醚菌酯水分散粒剂的效果无显著差异,但共施的增产效果是对照药剂的6倍。同时,2种药剂共施可提升茶叶茶多酚和氨基酸含量,而酚氨比显著降低。[结论]6%抗坏血酸水剂与0.2%苯丙烯菌酮微乳剂共施可增强茶树抗病性,提升茶叶产量和品质。[Aims]To provide theoretical guidance for the application of vitamin C 6%aqueous solution and isobavachalcone 0.2%micro-emulsion together in tea plants.[Methods]Vitamin C 6%AS 45.00 g a.i./ha and isobavachalcone 0.2%ME 32.14 g a.i./ha were applied to control tea anthracnose and tea blister blight with conventional spray method.[Results]The combined application of the two agents had a synergistic effect on controlling tea blister blight and tea anthracnose.The control efficiency for tea blister blight and tea anthracnose reached 70.23%and 73.67%,respectively,which was not significantly different from that of the control agent pyraclostrobin 25%WG.However,the increased yield of tea treated by the combined agents was 6 times that of pyraclostrobin 25%WG.At the same time,the contents of polyphenols and amino acids in tea were increased by the co-application of the two agents,while the phenol-ammonia ratio was significantly decreased.[Conclusions]The combination of vitamin C 6%AS and isobavachalcone 0.2%ME can enhance the disease resistance of tea plants and improve the yield and quality of tea.
