摘  要:[目的]探索氟醚菌酰胺和缬霉威对马铃薯晚疫病菌的生物活性、最佳增效比例以及田间防效。[方法]室内采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定了2个药剂杀菌活性,以及不同比例下的增效系数。[结果]氟醚菌酰胺和缬霉威对马铃薯晚疫病菌菌丝生长均有较好的抑制效果,EC_(50)值分别为0.4288、0.2942 mg/L;在试验配比范围内,最佳增效比例为1:6;35%氟醚·缬霉威SC制剂用量1200 mL/hm^(2)对马铃薯晚疫病的田间防效达到85%以上,高于对照药剂。[结论]氟醚菌酰胺和缬霉威复配可用于马铃薯晚疫病的防治。[Aims]To explore the toxicity value,optimal synergistic effect of fluopimomide and iprovalicarb against Phytophthora infestans,as well as the potato late blight control of the compound formula in the field.[Methods]In the laboratory,the inhibition effect of fluopimomide and iprovalicarb on P.infestans was determined by the mycelium growth rate method.And the synergistic coefficients under different proportions were analyzed.[Results]The results showed that fluopimomide and iprovalicarb obviously inhibited the vegetative growth of P.infestans,with EC_(50) values of 0.4288,0.2942 mg/L,respectively.The optimal combination ratio was 1:6 among the tests.And we demonstrated that the control effect of fluopimomide·iprovalicarb 35%SC with a dosage of 1200 mL/ha reached more than 85%in the field,which was higher than that of the control agents.[Conclusions]The composition of fluopimomide and iprovalicarb can be used for the control of potato late blight.
