摘 要:新疆吉木萨尔致密油具有胶质含量高、采出液乳化稳定性强及破乳剂脱水率低等特点。以吉木萨尔致密油采出液为研究对象,改变聚醚基础物相对分子质量和聚合程度,调控聚醚酯破乳剂相对分子质量,合成系列聚醚酯类破乳剂,优化破乳剂合成条件,评价破乳性能。结果表明:以线型聚(L4)和丙烯酸为基础物,当单体摩尔比(n_(AA)∶n_(L4))为2.5、酯化时间为8 h、酯化温度为115℃时,酯化率可达93.05%。当聚合温度为85℃、聚合时间为4 h时,聚醚酯相对分子质量最高,在温度不大于320℃时具有良好的热稳定性。4PEL4-2.5质量浓度为200 mg/L时,油水界面张力由28.0降至5.0 mN/m,聚酯醚破乳剂具有更强的界面活性。在酯化温度为80℃、酯化时间为120 min条件下,采出液脱水率达到90.60%,相同条件下脱水率比矿场现场有2816-1破乳剂提高22.70%。该结果为致密油采出液高效破乳提供指导。Xinjiang Jimusar tight oil has high resin content,strong emulsifying stability of produced liquid and low dehydration rate of existing demulsifier.Taking Jimusar tight oil production liquid as the research object,the relative molecular weight of polyether base material and polymerization degree were changed,the relative molecular weight of polyether ester demulsifier was regulated,a series of polyether ester demulsifier was synthesized,the synthesis conditions of demulsifier were optimized,and the demulsifier performance was evaluated.The results showed that the esterification rate could reach 93.05%when the molar ratio of monomer(n AA[KG-*4]∶[KG-*8]n L4)was 2.5,the esterification time was 8 h and the esterification temperature was 115℃,using linear polyether L4 and acrylic acid as the base material.When the polymerization temperature was 85℃and the polymerization time was 4 h,the relative molecular weight of polyether ester was the highest,and it had good thermal stability when the temperature was not more than 320℃.When the mass concentration of 4PEL4-2.5 was 200 mg/L,the interfacial tension of oil and water decreased from 28.0 to 5.0 mN/m,and the polyester ether demulsifier had stronger interfacial activity.Under the esterification temperature of 80℃and esterification time of 120 min,the dehydration rate of the produced liquid could reach 90.60%,and the dehydration rate was 22.70%higher than that of the existing demulsifier 2816-1 in the mine under the same conditions.The results provided guidance for efficient demulsification of tight oil produced liquid.
