摘  要:为多回收煤柱煤量、少掘一条准备巷道,缓解矿井采场接替紧张局面,维持现有生产格局和提高经济效益,以顾北煤矿1532(1)工作面为研究对象,提出适用于淮南矿区顾北煤矿厚硬顶板条件下的切顶留巷技术。采用理论分析、现场实测等综合分析方法,研究顾北煤矿1532(1)工作面留巷段的卸压规律。试验结果表明,实施切顶留巷技术后,工作面压力平缓,无明显的周期来压现象。巷道卸压规律可以归纳为变形四区:超前工作面50~70m为围岩变形区,超前工作面50m至留巷段50m为围岩变形剧烈区,留巷段50~100m为围岩变形减缓区,留巷段100m后为成巷稳定区。顾北煤矿1532(1)工作面的工业性应用,实现了对巷道围岩矿山压力的有效控制,取得了较好的效果。In order to achieve more coal pillar recovery and less excavation of a preparatory roadway,alleviate the tension of mine stope replacement and maintain the existing production pattern and economic benefits,taking the 1532(1)working face of Gubei Coal Mine as the research object,the roof cutting of the reserved roadway technology was proposed suitable for thick and hard roof conditions of Gubei Coal Mine in Huainan Mining Area.By using the comprehensive analysis methods such as theoretical analysis and field measurement,the pressure relief law of the reserved roadway section of the 1532(1)working face in Gubei Coal Mine was studied.The test results show that the pressure of the working face is gentle and there is no obvious periodic weighting phenomenon after the implementation of roof cutting of the reserved roadway technology.The law of the roadway pressure relief can be summarized into four areas of deformation-the surrounding rock deformation area in the belt of 50~70m in front of the working face,the surrounding rock violent deformation area in the belt from 50m in front of the working face to 50m in the reserved roadway section,the surrounding rock reducing deformation area in the belt of 50~100m in the reserved roadway section and the roadway stable area in the belt of 100m behind the reserved roadway section.The industrial application of the 1532(1)working face in Gubei Coal Mine has achieved effective control of the mine pressure in the surrounding rock of the roadway and good application results.
