摘 要:为了探究橡胶颗粒对混凝土抗压强度应变率效应的影响机理,采用直径为100 mm的分离式霍普金森压杆(Split Hopkinson pressure bar,SHPB)探究橡胶混凝土的动态抗压性能和应变率敏感性,并分析橡胶混凝土(橡胶掺量为细骨料体积的10%、20%和30%)与普通混凝土应变率敏感性差异的原因.试验结果表明,橡胶混凝土的动力增强系数随应变率的增加而增加.分析破坏模态可知,试验后所有试样的碎片粒径随着应变速率的增加而逐渐减小.在相近的应变率下,普通混凝土与橡胶混凝土相比具有更多数量的裂纹.因此,与普通混凝土相比,橡胶颗粒可以减缓损伤累积并增加变形滞后效应,从而增大了混凝土材料抗压强度的应变率敏感性.To explore the influence mechanism on the strain rate effect of concrete compressive strength for rubber particles,a split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)with a diameter of 100 mm were used.The dynamic compressive performance and strain rate effect of rubber concrete(with the rubber content of 10%,20%,and 30%)were obtained.Besides,the reasons for the difference in strain rate effect between rubber concrete and ordinary concrete were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the dynamic increased factor(DIF)of rubber concrete increased with the increase of strain rate.Furthermore,the failure mode analysis showed that the particle size of all post-tested specimens gradually decreases with the increase of strain rate.At similar strain rates,ordinary concrete has more cracks than rubber concrete.Rubber particles can slow down damage accumulation and increase deformation hysteresis effect when compared to ordinary concrete,resulting in the increase of strain rate sensitivity for concrete compressive strength.
