摘  要:为及时检测识别变电站二次综合自动化设备故障位置,保证电网正常运行,设计一种500 kV变电站二次综合自动化设备故障录波测距系统。将系统划分成数据采集、数据管理与分析2个单元,利用故障录波器、电平变换隔离器、总线母板等设备搭建系统硬件;系统软件包含数据管理、文件续传、波形分析、保护动作评价、故障录波测距5个模块,在故障录波测距模块引入最小二乘法,同步处理电路两端录波数据,使用电压、电流计算故障点电压序分量,消除故障点电流值与过渡电阻干扰,输出故障录波测距结果。实验分析表明,该系统故障录波测距精度高,且系统没有过多占用CPU利用率,吞吐量大,应答延时小,具备极强实用性。In order to timely detect and identify the fault location of the secondary integrated automation equipment in the substation and ensure the normal operation of the power grid,a fault recording and ranging system for the secondary integrated automation equipment in the 500 kV substation is designed.The system is divided into two units:data acquisition,data management and analysis,and the system hardware is built using fault recorder,level conversion isolator,bus motherboard and other equipment.The system software includes five modules data management,file continuous transmission,waveform analysis,protection action evaluation,fault recording and ranging.The least square method is introduced into the fault recording and ranging module to synchronously process the recorded data at both ends of the circuit,calculate the voltage sequence at the fault point using voltage and current,eliminate the interference between the current value at the fault point and the transition resistance,and output the fault recording and ranging results.The experimental analysis shows that the built system has high accuracy of fault recording and ranging,and the system does not occupy too much CPU utilization,high throughput,small response delay,and has strong practicability.
