吉林省地热能开发利用现状及前景展望

摘　　要：为更好地开发、利用地热资源,对吉林省地热能开发利用现况和发展前景开展分析论述;梳理全省地热能资源条件,指出短期内可利用的地热能资源主要集中在浅层和中深层;介绍全省近年来地热能开发利用与财政支持情况,并从资源评价、开发利用成本、政策支持力度、社会共识等角度提出制约地热能开发利用的若干问题;结合国家政策、“双碳”目标、行业发展形势等,对全省地热能发展形势进行展望并预测发展规模;提出开发利用思路和技术路线,一方面,深挖传统供热模式潜力,另一方面,发展多种“地热+”创新模式,实现“点面结合”;最后从顶层设计、管理体系、科技研发、财政支持等方面提出建议,推动吉林省地热能高质量开发利用。The current situation and development prospect of geothermal energy development and utilization in Jilin Province are analyzed and discussed.Sorting out the conditions of geothermal energy resources in the province,it is pointed out that the available geothermal energy resources in the short term are mainly concentrated in the shallow and middle deep layers.This paper introduces the development and utilization of geothermal energy and financial support in the province in recent years,and puts forward some problems restricting the development and utilization of geothermal energy from the perspectives of resource evaluation,development and utilization costs,policy support,and social consensus.In combination with national policies,"dual carbon"goals,industry development situation,etc.,the development situation of geothermal energy in the province is prospected and the development scale is predicted.Put forward the development and utilization idea and technology roadmap,on the one hand,deeply tap the potential of traditional heating mode,on the other hand,develop a variety of"geothermal+"innovative modes,and achieve"point to surface integration".Finally,suggestions are put forward from top-level design,management system,scientific research and development,financial support and other aspects to promote high-quality development and utilization of geothermal energy in Jilin Province.
