摘  要:在不断完善的碳交易体系下,明确发电企业的碳排放源以及其对运行成本的影响变得至关重要。为了研究电厂脱硫对碳排放的影响,以某600 MW CFB锅炉机组在额定负荷下的运行为例,项目对比分析了4种不同热值的煤种含硫质量分数分别为0.5%、1.5%、2.5%、3.5%时,在3种不同脱硫方式下的脱硫碳排放以及其对总碳排放量的影响。项目还对该锅炉机组的碳排放经济性进行了分析。研究结果表明:炉内喷钙脱硫是脱硫碳排放中最主要的来源,其次是石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫。当煤质热值较低、含硫量较大时,脱硫碳排放量增大且在总碳排放量中所占比重也增大,最高可达13.39%。此外,该机组的单位发电量总碳排放成本在53元/(MW⋅h)~73元/(MW⋅h)之间波动,其与单位含碳量的热值呈负相关,与折算硫分呈正相关。Under the continuous improvement of the carbon trading system,it is very important to clarify the car-bon emission sources of power generation enterprises and their impact on operating costs.In order to study the in-fluence of power plant desulfurization on carbon emissions,taking the operation of a 600 MW CFB boiler unit under rated load as an example,the project compares and analyzes the desulfurization carbon emissions of three different desulfurization methods and their effects on total carbon emissions when the sulfur content of four coals with different calorific values is 0.5%,1.5%,2.5%and 3.5%,respectively.The project also analyzes the carbon emission economy of the boiler unit.The results show that calcium injection desulfurization in the furnace is the most important source of desulfurization carbon emissions,followed by limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization.When the calorific value of coal is low and the sulfur content is large,the desulfurization carbon emission in-creases and its proportion in the total carbon emission also increases,up to 13.39%.In addition,the total carbon emission cost per unit power generation of the unit fluctuates between 53 yuan/(MW⋅h)and 73 yuan/(MW⋅h),which is negatively correlated with the calorific value per unit carbon content and positively correlated with the converted sulfur content.
