摘 要:在“双碳”目标背景下,为使得煤电机组实现电网深度调频调峰功能,达到机组灵活性调节的目标,精确、迅速地实现CFB锅炉热控协控,需要充分认识和利用好锅炉的蓄热。与煤粉炉相比,循环流化床锅炉的蓄热量较大,研究以能量守恒原理为切入点,利用循环流化床锅炉蓄热系数的计算方法,为挖掘锅炉参与深度调峰的能力提供部分理论依据。以某350 MW超临界循环流化床机组为例,进行计算和论证分析,结果表明超临界循环流化床锅炉正常运行中蕴含着大量的蓄热,且床料、金属和汽水蓄热均为暂态蓄热,其中床料蓄热远大于金属蓄热和工质蓄热。巨大蓄热能力既是CFB火电机组实现调频调峰功能的可靠性基础,也为运行控制人员提供了足够的调频调峰时间和空间。计算结果可为类350 MW超临界CFB锅炉热控调控参数设定提供数据支持,以提升其在有调峰调频需要时的反应能力和速度。Under the background of“double carbon”target,it is necessary to fully understand and make good use of the heat storage of the boiler to realize the deep frequency modulation and peak shaving function of the power grid for the coal-fired power unit,to achieve the goal of flexible adjustment of the unit,and to realize the coordinated control of the thermal control of the CFB boiler accurately and quickly.Compared with pulverized coal boiler,the heat storage capacity of circulating fluidized bed boiler is huge.Based on the principle of energy conservation,the calculation method of heat storage coefficient of circulating fluidized bed boiler is explored,which provides some theoretical basis for the excavation of boiler capacity of deep peak shaving.Through the calculation and analysis of a 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit,the results show that there is a lot of heat storage in the normal operation of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler,and the heat storage of fuel,metal and steam water is transient heat storage,in which the heat storage of fuel is much larger than that of metal and working medium.The huge heat storage capacity is not only the possible basis for the CFB thermal power unit to realize the function of frequency modulation and peak regulation,but also provides sufficient time and space for the operation and control personnel.The calculation results can provide data support for the setting of thermal control parameters of 350 MW supercritical CFB boiler,so as to improve its reaction ability and speed when there is a need for peak regulation and frequency modulation.
