摘  要:针对深部巷道在“高强”或“超高强”支护强度下仍会出现围岩剧烈变形或破坏的问题,采用Kastner公式和Flac^(3D)数值模拟研究支护阻力与围岩塑性破坏之间的关系。结果表明,随着支护阻力的增加,围岩塑性破坏深度总体上呈减小的趋势,但计算工况下只有支护阻力达到2.3 MPa以上,塑性区深度才会明显减小,即在现有的工程技术条件下,支护强度的增大对深部大变形巷道的控制作用有限。据此提出采用高延伸性、可持续提供支护阻力、适应围岩变形而不发生破断的支护材料控制深部大变形巷道的有效途径,研发了适用于深部大变形巷道围岩控制的柔性锚索,该锚索的延伸率超过10%,抗冲击性能是普通锚索的1.25~2倍,现场应用效果良好。In order to address the severe deformation or failure problem of surrounding rock in deep roadways under"high-strength"or"ultra high-strength"support strength,the Kastner formula and Flac^(3D) numerical simulation were adopted to study the relationship between support resistance and plastic failure of surrounding rock.The results indicate that as the support resistance increases,the plastic failure depth of the surrounding rock generally shows a decreasing trend.However,only when the support re-sistance reaches more than 2.3 MPa can the plastic zone depth significantly decrease.Under existing en-gineering and technical conditions,the increase in support strength has limited control effect on deep large deformation roadways,and thereby targeted control measures need to be proposed.The use of sup-port materials with high extensibility,sustainable support resistance,and adaptability to surrounding rock deformation without breaking is an effective way to control deep large deformation roadways.On this ba-sis,a flexible and applicable anchor cable has been developed for the large deformation control of sur-rounding rock in deep roadways.The extension rate of the developed anchor cable exceeds 10%,and the impact resistance performance is 1.25 to 2 times the ordinary,which has demonstrated a good application effect.
