摘 要:因为脑和肾脏具有共同的小血管病变基础,所以慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)相关研究逐渐增多。神经影像学技术的发展使CMBs检出率显著增高,但CKD是否会增高CMBs发生率仍存在争议。文章就CKD与CMBs的关系、发病机制、生物标志物和治疗进行了综述。Because the brain and kidneys share a common basis for small vessel lesions,the related research on cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)is gradually increasing.The development of neuroimaging technology has significantly increased the detection rate of CMBs,but there is still controversy over whether CKD will increase the incidence of CMBs.This article reviews the relationship between CKD and CMBs,pathogenesis,biomarkers,and treatment.
