Study on mineralogical component and phase transformation of ceramic brick made with MSWI fly as an admixture

摘  要:研究了生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的微观形貌、差热分析、矿物及化学组成,利用飞灰、陶泥、石英砂及长石研制烧结砖,并分析了最佳配比烧结砖的物相、相变及浸出毒性。实验结果显示:飞灰属二氧化硅–三氧化二铝–金属氧化物体系,主要化学成分是二氧化硅与三氧化二铝等,可用作烧结砖的原材料;飞灰中含有类玻璃微珠,玻璃相含量超过50%;温度高于1240℃时飞灰显示出较强的活性;烧结砖主晶相是石英、莫来石、堇青石、硅灰石、顽火辉石与钙铁榴石;这些晶相在温度升高的过程中逐步形成,其含量随着温度的升高先增加后减少;玻璃相含量随温度的升高不断增加;最佳配比烧结砖重金属浸出毒性均达标,重金属的浸出率远低于坯体。Microstructure,differential thermal analysis,mineralogical and chemical component analysis was performed on municipal solid waste incineration fly ash,which was used to make ceramic brick together with yellow ceramic clay,ripe sand and feldspar.Besides,mineralogical component,phase transformation and`leaching toxicity were analyzed on ceramic bricks made according to the optimum proportion.It is found that main mineralogical components of fly ash are calcium silicates and alumino-silicates,and that it registers as a SiO2–Al2O3–metal oxides system,which can be used as a raw material of ceramic brick.Fly ash contains particles resembling glass bead and over 50%glass phase.Fly ash shows great activity when temperature exceeds 1241℃.Major mineralogical components of ceramic bricks are quartze,mullite,cordierite,andradite,enstatite and wollastonite.Content of crystal phase first increases and then decreases with increase of sintering temperature,while that of glass phase registers a reverse tread.In addition,leaching ratios of heavy metals in the sintered bricks are substantially reduced compared with those in green bodies of brick,which are below the limit value for hazardous waste.
