摘  要:为深入理解预混甲醇/柴油双燃料发动机能量流分布,基于Converge软件构建了甲醇/柴油双燃料全气道发动机三维仿真模型,进行了不同甲醇替代率下柴油机的能量流平衡分析。结果表明:随着甲醇替代率增大,缸压峰值和放热率峰值增大,燃烧重心提前,燃烧持续期缩短。添加甲醇后,NOx、CO和Soot呈现下降趋势,但在喷油时刻附近会增加局部HC生成量。相比纯柴油机,添加甲醇后指示功、进排气以及传热部分的能量减少,杂项的占比不断升高。To deeply understand the energy flow distribution of the premixed methanol/diesel dual-fuel engine,a three-dimen-sional simulation model of the methanol/diesel dual-fuel all-airway engine was constructed based on Converge software,and the energy flow balance analysis of the diesel engine was carried out under different methanol substitution ratios.The results showed that with the increase of methanol substitution ratio,the peak cylinder pressure and the peak heat release rate increased,the center of gravity of combustion was advanced,and the combustion duration period was shortened.After methanol addition,NOx,CO and Soot show a decreasing trend,but local HC generation increases near the injection moment.Compared to the pure diesel engine,the indicated work,intake and exhaust,and heat transfer portions of the energy are reduced with the addition of methanol,and the percentage of miscellaneous items is increasing.
