摘  要:为了对某摩托车厂涂装喷漆挥发性有机物(VOCs)废气进行高效的处理,采用转轮浓缩+催化燃烧技术,通过工艺设计与设备选型,建成了涂装喷漆VOCs处理系统。根据系统实际运行情况,提出了天然气用量的计算方法,研究了催化温度对催化反应效率的影响,得出了最优的工艺运行参数,并对系统VOCs综合去除效率和运行成本进行了分析。实践表明:天然气用量计算结果与实际运行数据相似;催化温度宜设置在250℃;经过涂装喷漆VOCs处理系统后,VOCs综合去除效率>90%,达标排放,运行稳定;系统处理风量30万Nm3/h,年运行成本292.1万元。In order to deal with volatile organic compounds(VOCs)gas of painting in a motorcycle factory efficiently,through process design and equipment selection,a processing system of VOCs was built by using the technology of zeolite rotor concentration and catalytic combustion.According to the actual operation of the system,the calculation method of natural gas consumption was put forward,the influence of catalytic temperature on catalytic reaction removal efficiency was studied,the optimal process operating parameters were obtained,and the operating cost of the system and the comprehensive removal efficiency of VOCs were analyzed.The practice shows that the calculation results of natural gas consumption are similar to the actual operating data;The catalytic temperature should be set at 250℃.After the VOCs processing system,VOCs com-prehensive removal efficiency is greater than 90%,it can get the requirements of the discharge standard and stable operation.The system processes air volume of 300000 Nm3/h,and the annual operating cost is 2.921 million yuan.
