摘 要:为了研究轨道车辆地板结构的耐火性能,文章以动车组地板隔断为例进行了耐火试验,并基于有限元方法建立仿真模型,模拟计算耐火试验条件下地板结构的温度变化。对比仿真与试验结果可知,两者具有较好的一致性。进一步分析地板的结构和材料对耐火性能的影响,结果表明地板内部金属结构的高导热系数和温度不均匀性,是导致其耐火性能降低的重要因素。In order to study the fire resistance performance of the floor structure of rail vehicle,this paper takes the floor barrier of EMU as an example to carry out the fire resistance test,and establishes the simulation model based on finite element method to simulate the temperature change of the floor structure under the fire resistance test conditions.Comparing the simulation and test results,it can be seen that the two have good consistency.The influence of structure and material of the floor on the fire resistance is further analyzed.The results show that the high thermal conductivity of the metal structure inside the floor and the temperature non-uniformity are the important factors leading to the decrease of fire resistance.
