摘　　要：根据乌鲁木齐地区电力客户线上交费需求,研究了电力本地费控卡表远程无卡购电技术,提出基于营销业务应用、用电信息采集系统的远程充值业务技术原理,介绍了电力本地费控卡表用户无卡线上充值的做法,该应用在乌鲁木齐地区取得了较好的效益。Based on the online payment needs of power customers in the Urumqi region of Xinjiang,this study investigates the remote cardless electricity purchase technology using local electricity cost control card meters.Propose the principle of remote recharge business technology based on marketing business applications and electricity information collection systems.The implementation method for online recharge of local electricity fee control card meter users without cards is provided,the relevant applications have achieved good benefits in the Urumqi region.
