摘  要:根瘤菌-豆科植物联合修复技术能有效修复土壤重金属污染。为了筛选出兼具重金属抗性和溶磷作用的花生根瘤菌,本研究从典型镉污染区域农田中采集并分离纯化出36株花生根瘤菌菌株,通过溶磷作用测定和重金属抗性测定,筛选出3株同时具备重金属抗性和溶磷能力的优良菌株HM28、HM2和HM21。其中HM28(Rhizobium metallidurans)的溶磷量为55.81μg/mL,Cu、Ni、Cd、Cr、Zn对其的致死浓度分别为30mg/kg、40mg/kg、10mg/kg、25mg/kg和50mg/kg;HM2(Rhizobium altiplani)的溶磷量为52.82μg/mL,Cu、Ni、Cd、Cr、Zn对其的致死浓度分别为50mg/kg、30mg/kg、10mg/kg、25mg/kg、20mg/kg;HM21(Rhizobium altiplani)的溶磷量为48.61μg/mL,Cu、Ni、Cd、Cr、Zn对其的致死浓度分别为50mg/kg、50mg/kg、50mg/kg、50mg/kg、50mg/kg。Rhizobium-legume phytoremediation is an effective method to remedy heavy metal contaminated soils.To select peanut rhizobia with heavy metal resistance ability and phosphorus solubilization ability,36 strains of rhizobia were collected and purified from typical Cd-contaminated fields.By detecting phosphorus solubilization ability and heavy metal resistance,three excellent strains were screened,including HM28,HM2 and HM21.The phosphorus solubilization of HM28(Rhizobium metallidurans)was 55.81μg/mL and the lethal concentrations of Cu,Ni,Cd,Cr and Zn were 30mg/kg,40mg/kg,10mg/kg,25mg/kg and 50mg/kg respectively;phosphorus solubilization of HM2(Rhizobium altiplani)was 52.82μg/mL and the lethal concentrations of Cu,Ni,Cd,Cr and Zn were 50mg/kg,30mg/kg,10mg/kg,25mg/kg and 20mg/kg separately;phosphorus solubilization of HM21(Rhizobium altiplani)was 48.61μg/mL and the lethal concentrations of Cu,Ni,Cd,Cr and Zn were 50mg/kg,50mg/kg,50mg/kg,50mg/kg and 50mg/kg respectively.
