摘 要:为探究巴河春季浮游植物群落结构特征及环境驱动因子,于2020年3月对该河流的浮游植物进行了调查和分析。结果显示:(1)调查河段共采集浮游植物7门40属44种(含变种);浮游植物密度介于0.05×10^(5)~2.29×10^(5)ind.·L^(-1),平均为0.74×10^(5)ind.·L^(-1);生物量介于0.03~1.74 mg·L^(-1),平均为0.41 mg·L^(-1);其中甲藻门(Pyrrophyta)的平均密度和生物量最高。(2)该河段浮游植物可划分为20个功能群,其中优势度指数大于0.02的有L O、MP、W2、X1、Y、C、E共7个功能群,其中L O功能群优势度最高,为0.506。(3)该河段水体综合营养状态指数平均为53.43,除S1样点,其余均呈轻度富营养化状态;基于Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数与Pielou均匀度指数对巴河的水质评价结果为中度污染。(4)冗余分析结果表明,总氮、颗粒态总氮、综合营养状态指数、叶绿素a、颗粒态总磷是影响巴河浮游植物群落结构及优势功能群的主要环境驱动因子。In March 2020,a survey and an analysis of spring phytoplankton in Bahe River was conducted for exploring the characteristics of its community structure and environmental driving factors.The results are as follows:(1)A total of 44 species(including varieties)of phytoplankton are collected,belonging to 40 genera and 7 phyla;the phytoplankton density ranges from 0.05×10^(5)to 2.29×10^(5)ind.·L^(-1),with an average of 0.74×10^(5)ind.·L^(-1);the biomass with an average of 0.41 mg·L^(-1)ranges from 0.03 to 1.74 mg·L^(-1),among which dinoflagellate has the highest average density and biomass;(2)The phytoplankton in the river can be divided into 20 functional groups;seven functional groups among them have dominance index greater than 0.02,including L O,MP,W2,X1,Y,C and E;L O functional group has the highest dominance of 0.506;(3)Except for S1 sampling site,the average comprehensive trophic status index of the river is 53.43,indicating mild eutrophication;the water quality of Bahe River is evaluated to be moderately polluted by Margalef richness index,Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index;(4)The redundancy analysis results show that total nitrogen,particulate total nitrogen,eutrophic index,chlorophylla and particulate total phosphorus are the main environmental driving factors that influence the community structure and dominant functional groups of phytoplankton in Bahe River.
