摘  要:针对埋地长输管道检测需求,基于洛伦兹力机理,研制管道电磁超声周向导波内检测系统。详细论述了系统主机、传感器和检测软件等部分。实验室管道试件检测实验表明,该系统可以有效检出管道通孔、模拟腐蚀等缺陷,可应用于现场管道的检测,为管道安全运营提供一种有效检测方法。Aiming at the test requirements of buried long-distance pipelines,based on the Lorentz force mechanism,an electromagnetic ultrasonic circumferential guided wave internal detection system was developed.The system host,sensor and test software were discussed in detail.Laboratory pipeline inspection experiments show that the system can effectively test defects such as through holes,simulated corrosion and so on.The system can be applied to the test of on-site pipelines,providing an effective test method for the safe operation of pipelines.
