摘　　要：针对小尺寸管道壁面腐蚀快速监测,设计了一种小型低功耗腐蚀电流测试系统。基于电化学动态极化法设计三电极测试传感器,主控芯片采用STM32103单片机,进行监测、采集、变送模块化设计。集成电压扫描电路、恒电位电路、微电流监测、液晶显示等模块。通过监测系统仿真分析和实际硬件电路的在线测试,证明了研发的小型电化学系统的可靠性和适用性。在恒电位测试电路的基础上,对工作电极和参比电极回路施加10 mV/s恒定速率变化的电势差,形成固定频率动电位扫描,获得了P110管材表面的电压-电流关系图,并通过拟合得到极化曲线。由于体积小、功耗低,该系统可以安装于小尺寸管内在线监测仪器中,用于长期的腐蚀监测。A small-scale low-power corrosion current test system was designed for rapid monitoring of corrosion on smallsized pipe walls.The three-electrode test sensor was designed based on the electrochemical dynamic polarisation method,and the STM32103 single chip microcomputer was adopted as main control chip for the modular design of monitoring,acquisition and transduction,with integrated voltage scanning circuit,constant potential circuit,microcurrent monitoring and LCD display modules.The reliability and applicability of the developed small-scale electrochemical system was demonstrated through monitoring system simulation analysis and online testing of the actual hardware circuit.On the basis of the constant potential test circuit,a constant rate potential difference 10 mV/s was applied to the working and reference electrode circuits to form a fixed frequency dynamic potential scan to obtain an voltage-current relationship diagram for the surface of P110 pipe,and the polarisation curve was obtained by fitting.Due to its small size and low power consumption,the system can be installed in a small-sized in-tube online monitoring instrument for long-term corrosion monitoring.
