摘　　要：从总监负责制业务改革的背景、改革后监督的定位和职责分工、各专业监督的具体工作及取得的成绩等方面,详细阐述了监督中心所做的探索和实践,旨在将工程监督队伍打造成塔里木建设现代化一流大油气田的重要支柱,探索形成一套具有塔里木特色的监督工作机制和典型经验。This paper elaborates the exploration and practice of the supervision center from the background of the business reform of the director responsibility system,the positioning of supervision and the division of supervision responsibilities after the reform,the specific work and achievements of each specialty supervision,intending to build the engineering supervision team into an important pillar of the construction of modern first-class large oil and gas fields in Tarim,and to explore and form a set of supervision working mechanism and typical experience with Tarim characteristics.
