摘 要:数字化转型、智能化发展已成为我国经济增长的新引擎。数字化管理已全面渗透到油气田生产运行、技术分析、安全环保、经营管理等各方面各环节,极大改变了传统生产方式和运行管理模式。结合长庆油田井下作业监督运行现状,把握对标监督依据、量化监督体系、规范监督流程、数字智能驱动、信息互联互通等关键环节,建设具有长庆特色的井下作业监督数字化系统并实施应用,实现手持终端采集、后台线上检查、问题智能分析、风险预警干预、资料自动生成、量化监督评估6种主要功能,解决监督应到不到、监督履职失责、监督资料冗繁、风险管控缺位、隐患治理乏力、考核评估疲软等难题,切实提升井下作业监督工作效能,助推长庆油田高质量发展。Digital transformation and intelligent development have become the new engine of China's economic growth.Digital management has penetrated into all aspects of oil and gas field production and operation,technical analysis,safety and environmental protection,and operation and management,and has greatly changed the traditional production mode and operation and management mode.Combined with the current situation of underground operation supervision in Changqing Oilfield,with a real grasp of key links such as standard supervision basis,quantitative supervision system,standardized supervision process,digital intelligent drive and information interconnection,a digital underground operation supervision system with Changqing characteristics is constructed and applied in practice.Then six main functions are realized,including handheld terminal collection,backstage online inspection,problem intelligent analysis,risk early warning intervention,automatic data generation,and quantitative supervision and evaluation.Problems like under-arrival of supervision,failure of supervision to perform their duties,excessive supervision data,lack of risk management and control,weak management of hidden dangers,and weak assessment and evaluation,are solved,.This study actually improves the efficiency of underground operation supervision and promotes the high-quality development of Changqing oilfield.
