摘 要:目前地层测试技术采用的管柱组合大多只能实现测试单层,若要分层测试需要多次下入管柱进行逐层作业。同时监测井下数据广泛应用井下存储式,这种方式无法进行信号实时传输,各执行机构的动作只能靠预设程序的方式进行,无法应对井下实时变化的情况。无线射频控制分层测试技术,实现了一趟管柱测试多层,可提高施工效率、缩短施工周期、降低施工成本,以一趟管柱测试三层为例,单井可缩短施工周期5~7天,节约施工成本10余万元。At present,most string combinations used in formation testing technology can only test a single layer,and multiple runs of string are needed to test layer by layer.At the same time,the underground storage type is widely used to monitor the underground data,which can not carry out real-time signal transmission,and the action of each actuator can only rely on the way of preset program and can not cope with the real-time changes in the underground.The radio frequency control layered testing technology realizes the multi-layer pipe string test in one trip,which can improve the construction efficiency,shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost.Taking the three-layer pipe string test in one trip as an example,the construction period can be shortened by 5~7 days for a single well and the construction cost can be saved by more than 100,000 yuan.
