摘  要:页岩气储集层渗透率低,开采难度较大。四川盆地的页岩气层大部分埋深在2000~4000m,部分埋深可达5000m,深度的增加给不成熟的技术增添了难度。泵送桥塞射孔联作工艺在施工过程中规模调整逐步成熟。破裂压裂高的井段,可通过控制施工排量,从而控制施工压力,减小压裂过程引起套变的概率,得到了良好效果。试油(气)工程监督是川渝页岩气开发开采现场的重要岗位,分析了试油监督现场监督方式方法以及工程技术难点,对工程重难点提出合理化建议,把控井控风险,严格执行标准,审核资料准确,有效地保证了试油工程的施工质量,取得良好产能。Shale gas reservoirs have low permeability and are difficult to exploit.Most of the shale gas reservoirs in Sichuan Basin are buried in 2000~4000 m,and some of them are buried in 5000 m.The increased depth adds difficulty to immature techniques.The combined process of pumping bridge plug and perforating is gradually mature in scale adjustment during construction.In the well section with high fracturing rate,the construction pressure can be controlled by controlling the construction discharge,and the probability of casing change caused by the fracturing process can be reduced,and good results are obtained.Oil testing(gas)engineering supervision is an important post in the shale gas development and exploitation site of Sichuan-Chongqing.This paper analyzes the methods and technical dificulties of oil testing supervision and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the engineering difficulties.The handling of well control risk,the strict implementation of standards,and the accuracy of audit data,effectively ensure the construction quality of oil test project,and achieve good productivity.
