带压作业工艺在长宁区块修井作业中的应用

摘　　要：带压作业技术在国外已广泛应用于陆地油气井和海上平台,装备功能齐全、作业范围广,该技术已成为提高油气田采收率和保护油气藏的重要生产手段之一。其应用范围包括带压下完井管柱,带压辅助分层压裂、酸化作业,带压冲砂、打捞、磨铣、清蜡等修井作业以及应急抢险等。随着勘探开发的不断深入,单井产量的下降,老井综合治理工作量的增多,页岩气、致密油气等非常规气开发以及环保要求力度的加大,对带压作业技术需求和工作业务量将越来越大,带压作业技术具有更广泛的发展前景。介绍了带压作业关键技术及优点,阐述了带压作业技术在西南油气田分公司长宁区块修井作业中的应用,对修井作业中遇到的问题进行了深入的探讨。Pressure operation technology has been widely used in onshore oil and gas wells and offshore platforms in foreign countries,with complete equipment functions and wide operation range.This technology has become one of the important production means to improve oil and gas field recovery and protect oil and gas reservoirs.Its application range includes running down the completion string with pressure,pressureassisted stratified fracturing,acidizing operations,workover operations such as pressurewashed sand,salvage,mi ing,paraffin removal,and emergency rescue.With the continuous deepening of exploration and development,the decline of single well production,the increase of the workload of comprehensive treatment of old wells,the development of unconventional gas such as shale gas and tight oil and gas,and the increase of environmental protection requirements,the demand for pressure operation technology and work volume will become larger and larger,and pressure operation technology has a broader development prospect.Therefore,this paper introduces the key technologies and advantages of pressure operation,expounds the application of pressure operation technology in the workover operation in Changning block of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company,and deeply discusses the problems encountered in workover operation..
