摘　　要：针对封隔器释放压力、时长不够,验窜精度低,冲刮通等附加工序质量监督不到位、钻孔质量无法验证等问题,通过应用存储式压力计,代替人工进行作业质量监督,解决常规的巡井监督、驻井监督中存在的费用高、工作量大、人员不足等问题,可通过软件实时回放作业井井下管柱起下时间、管内外压力、井下温度、振动量、管柱倾角等参数,实现验窜和钻孔质量监督,提升数字化、智能化油田作业质量监督水平。In view of the problems of packer,such as inadequate pressure release,insufficient time,low accuracy of inspection channeling,inadequate quality supervision of additional processes like flushing and scraping,and inability to verify drlling quality,by the application of stored manometer instead of manual way for operation quality supervision,the problems such as high cost,heavy workload and lack of personnel in conventional well patrol supervision and stationed supervision are solved.Meanwhile,the software can be used to playback the downhole pipe string tripping time,the pressure of inside and outside pipe,downhole temperature,vibration amount,pipe string inclination and other parameters to achieve the supervision of check channeling and drlling quality,and improve the quality supervision level of digital and intelligent oilfield operation.
