摘 要:通过拉拔试验研究了水、养生时间、粘层油种类、多次破坏-愈合、层间处理方式、层间污染等因素对层间粘结性能的影响,试验结果表明:浸水会降低沥青的拉拔强度,确保路面在干燥条件下铺筑,并给予路面充足的养生时间是保证层间粘结性能良好的重要条件;初期强度更高的沥青,经过多次破坏-愈合循环后的稳定可愈合强度可能会较低,因此只有综合考虑初始强度与愈合强度,才能客观评价沥青的粘结性能;刻槽、拉毛、抛丸等层间处理方式可以增强层间粘结性能,且拉毛与抛丸处治的效果略优于刻槽;界面粉尘会降低粘结强度,施工前有必要对界面进行除尘处理,同时建议选用抗粉尘能力较强的油性粘层油对界面进行改善;柴油污染会使粘结性能大幅下降,因此施工过程中需要做好污染油污防范与清理。The influence of factors such as water,curing duration,type of viscous layer oil,base surface treatment,multiple destruction-healing,interlayer treatment method and pollution on the bond strength was studied based on bitumen bond strength test.The test results showed that immersion case will reduce the bond strength.Dry condition and enough curing time were an important conditions to ensure good adhesion between layers.The stable strength of asphalt with higher initial strength may be lower after multiple destruction-heal⁃ing cycles.Therefore,only by comprehensively considering the initial strength and stable strength can evaluate objectively adhesive performance of asphalt.Surface treatment methods such as grooving,roughening and shot blasting can enhance the interlayer bonding performance,and the effect of roughening and shot blasting treat⁃ment was slightly better than grooving.In addition,the interface dust will reduce the bond strength,so it was necessary to dust the interface before construction,and it was recommended to select the adhesive layer oil with strong dust resistance to improve the interface.Diesel pollution will greatly reduce the adhesion perform⁃ance,so it was necessary to do a good job in the prevention and cleaning of oil pollution during the construc⁃tion process.
