高粘结冷态灌缝材料配合比对性能影响

摘  要:研发了一种以乳化沥青和水泥为主要原料的高粘结冷态灌缝材料。研究了水灰比(W/C)、油石比(A/C)和砂灰比(S/C)对灌缝料性能的影响规律;确定出优化的高粘结冷态灌缝料配方。研究结果表明:W/C增大,灌缝料的流动性变好,可工作时间延长,但分离度变大,材料的均质性变差;A/C增大,流动性变差,可工作时间缩短,力学性能变差;S/C的选择应综合考虑可工作时间和力学性能。A high bonding cold crack filling material(CFM)which consist of emulsified asphalt and ce⁃ment was studied in this paper.The influence of Water-Cement(W/C)ratio,Asphalt-Cement(A/C)ra⁃tio and Sand-Cement(S/C)ratio on the performance of CFM was investigated,and finally a optimized com⁃position of CFM was developed.The results showed that:with the increase of Water-Cement(W/C)ratio,CFM has better mobility and working time were extended,but the separation degree become larger,that means the homogeneity of the material become worse.With the increase of Asphalt-Cement(A/C)ratio,CFM flowing property become worse and the working time shortens,and its mechanical performance become worse.The selction of Sand-Cement(S/C)ratio should comprehensively consider the working time and mechanical properties.
