摘　　要：以90号基质沥青和不同软组分油为原料,采用适当比例进行调和,对调和后的产品进行了0℃针入度、软化点、低温柔度等各项指标的检测,全部满足NB/SH/T 0981-2019《防水材料用沥青》和东方雨虹公司企业标准要求。利用调和原料,采用复合聚合物改性方法制备I型弹性体(SBS)改性沥青防水卷材,对软化点、耐热性、低温柔度等各项指标进行了检测,全部满足GB 18242—2008《弹性体改性沥青防水卷材》标准要求。研究结果表明,F200沥青产品可以满足防水企业对调和原料的基本需求。Using 90#matrix asphalt and different solt oil as raw materials,the mixture was blended with appropriate proportion.Various indicators such as 0℃penetration,softening point,and low-temperature flexibility were tested on the blended product,all of which met the standard technical requirements of NB/SH/T 0981-2019 asphalt for waterproof materials and the enterprise standards of Dongfang Yuhong Company.Type I elastomer(SBS)modified asphalt waterproof rolling material was prepared by composite polymer modi⁃fication method of using blended raw materials.Various indicators such as softening point,heat resistance,and low-temperature flexibility were tested,all of which met the requirements of the GB 18242-2008 Elas⁃tomer Modified Asphalt Waterproof Membrane standard.The results showed that F200 asphalt products can meet the basic needs of waterproofing enterprisesfor blending materials.
