摘  要:黄湾区块主要部署井型为二开水平井,目的层长7。区块长6、长7层承压能力极低,钻井过程通常发生不同程度漏失,由于水平段长,漏点较多,堵漏难度大,固井前均存在不同程度渗漏,导致固井普遍漏失严重,水泥浆低返,部分井正注返高低于2000 m。由于补救效果存在不确定性,部分井正注与反挤未能有效衔接,上部延安组油水层固井质量差。本文从改善水泥浆摩阻及耐压性能方面入手,优选摩阻低、耐压性能好的玻璃微珠水泥浆体系及次纳米硅耐压低摩阻水泥浆体系,合理设计浆柱结构,优化施工参数,改善了区块漏失情况,2022年施工井正注水泥返高较2021年普遍返高提高800~1200 m,对于漏失水平井固井有一定参考意义。The main deployed wells in Huangwan block are secondary horizontal wells with a target interval Chang 7.The bearing capacity of Chang 6 and Chang 7 layers in the block is extremely low,and leakage occurs to varying degrees during drilling.Due to the long horizontal section,many leakage points and great difficulty in plugging,there are various degrees of leakage before cementing,which leads to serious leakage in general,low return of cement slurry,and positive injection return height of some wells is less than 2000 m.Due to the uncertainty of the remedial effect,the forward injection and reverse extrusion of some wells are not effectively connected,and the cementing quality of the oil and water layers in the upper Yan'an formation is poor.Starting from improving the friction and pressure resistance of cement slurry,the paper selects the glass bead system with low friction and good pressure resistance and the subnanometer silicon pressure and low friction system,reasonably designs the slurry column structure,optimizes the construction parameters,and improves the block leakage.The return height of positive injection cement in 2022 is 800~1200 m higher than that in 2021,which has certain reference significance for the cementing of leakage horizontal wells.
