摘  要:对二甲苯是一种重要的工业原料,在传统管式反应器和一定条件下,甲苯歧化或甲苯、甲醇催化氧化可以得到对二甲苯,该工艺可以弥补聚酯等工业对对二甲苯的巨大需求。以粉煤灰为原料制备了分子筛催化剂,设计了一种高通量、低阻力的中空式分子筛膜管式反应器和相关实验装置。通过Aspen Plus化工流程模拟软件对甲苯歧化反应进行了计算,优化了管式反应器的工作条件。实验结果表明,在单管反应器条件下,使用以丝光沸石为主的沸石分子筛膜管式反应器,在460℃和0.2 MPa下,最高单程转化率30.2%,对产物进行气相色谱分析,发现该分子筛膜管式反应器比传统管式反应器转化率提高20.0%以上。Paraxylene(PX)is an important industrial raw material,can be obtained by the disproportionation of toluene or catalytic oxidation of toluene and methanol in a traditional tubular reactor under certain conditions,which can make up for the huge demand for PX in polyester and other industries.Molecular sieve catalyst was prepared with fly ash as raw material,and a kind of hollow molecular sieve membrane tube reactor with high flux and low resistance was designed.The toluene disproportionation reaction was calculated by Aspen Plus chemical process simulation software,and the working conditions of the tubular reactor were optimized.The experimental results show that under the condition of single tube reac tor,using zeolite molecular sieve membrane tubular reactor with mercerite-dominated zeolite,the highest one-way conversion rate is 30.2%at 460℃and 0.2 MPa.The product is analyzed by gas chromatography,and the conversion rate of the molecular sieve membrane tubular reactor is more than 20.0%higher than that of traditional tubular reactor.
