摘 要:本文通过光学显微镜及X射线荧光光谱仪等测试手段,对王洼煤矿煤矸石的矿物组成及化学成分进行了系统研究。结果表明,王洼煤矿煤矸石主要矿物组成为黏土矿物及石英,主要化学成分为SiO_(2)及Al_(2)O_(3),次要化学成分为Fe_(2)O_(3)、CaO及MgO。其中,SiO_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、MgO含量分别为58.91%、18.53%、2.90%、0.68%,均满足生产烧结砖用煤矸石的要求。但CaO含量为2.70%,高于制砖推荐值,是影响该矿区煤矸石制砖的关键有害物质。本文测试了6种采用不同颗粒级配的煤矸石所烧结的成品砖的抗折强度、抗压强度、石灰爆裂等物理性能,发现较好的颗粒级配方案为1.0~1.2 mm的颗粒占比小于2.0%,0.4~1.0 mm的颗粒占比在35.0%~40.0%,小于0.4 mm的颗粒占比在60.0%以上。这样不仅可以有效解决CaO含量过高造成的砖体爆裂问题,还能提高煤矸石烧结砖的其他各项物理性能。In this paper,the mineral composition and chemical composition of coal gangue in Wangwa coal mine were systematically studied by means of optical microscope and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer.The results show that the main mineral components of coal gangue in Wangwa coal mine are clay minerals and quartz,the main chemical components are SiO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3),and the minor components are Fe_(2)O_(3),CaO and MgO.The average contents of SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),Fe_(2)O_(3)and MgO are 58.91%,18.53%,2.90%and 0.68%,respectively.The contents of these chemical components all meet the requirements for producing coal gangue for sintered bricks.However,the CaO content is 2.70%,which is higher than the recommended value for brick making,and is the key harmful substance that affects the coal gangue brick making in this mining area.In this paper,we tested the flexural strength,compressive strength,lime bursting and other physical properties of 6 kinds of finished bricks made of coal gangue with different particle gradations.We found that the optimal particle gradation scheme is that the proportion of particles between 1.0 and 1.2 mm is less than 2.0%,the proportion of particles between 0.4 and 1.0 mm is between 35.0%and 40.0%,and the proportion of particles less than 0.4 mm is more than 60.0%.It can not only effectively solve the problem of brick body bursting caused by excessive CaO content,but also improve other physical properties of coal gangue sintered bricks.
