摘  要:含油浮渣是石油化工企业常见的一种污染物,因其成分复杂、乳化絮凝严重、沉降性能极差、难于分离和清洗,导致其处理难度较大。本文以长庆石化含油浮渣为研究对象,探究了含油浮渣的处理思路和实验方法,结合浮渣自身特点,制定了破乳-混凝-离心脱水的处理思路。结果表明,当实验温度为60℃、搅拌速度为200 r/min、搅拌时间为30 min、CaO加量为0.20%、PAM(0.1%,相对分子质量1600万)加量为8 mg/L、静置时间为30 min、离心机转速为2400 r/min、离心时间为15 min时,处理后的含油浮渣体积减量化率可达91.5%,最终固相中的含油率为6.74%、含水率为60.03%、固体质量分数为33.23%。处理后水中的悬浮物含量最终可降低至30.63 mg/L,水中的含油量最终可降低至150.52 mg/L。Oil-bearing scum is a common pollutant in petrochemical enterprises.Because of its complex composition,serious emulsification and flocculation,poor settlement performance,difficult to separate and clean,it is difficult to deal with.Taking the oil-bearing scum of Changqing petrochemical as the research object,this paper explores the treatment ideas and experimental methods of oil-bearing scum,and makes the treatment ideas of demulsification,coagulation and centrifugal dehydration according to the characteristics of the scum itself.The results show that when the experimental temperature is 60℃,the stirring speed is 200 r/min,the stirring time is 30 min,the CaO dosage is 0.20%,the PAM(0.1%,molecular weight 16 million)dosage is 8 mg/L,the standing time is 30 min,the centrifuge speed is 2400 r/min,and the centrifuge time is 15 min.After treatment,the volume reduction rate of oil-bearing scum can reach 91.5%,the oil content in the final solid phase is 6.74%,the water content is 60.03%,and the solid mass fraction is 33.23%.After treatment,the content of suspended matter in the water can eventually be reduced to 30.63 mg/L,and the oil content in the water can eventually be reduced to 150.52 mg/L.
