摘　　要：本文使用盐酸胍和二乙烯三胺合成了一种胍类杀菌剂,采用南海某油田的注入水进行细菌实验。结果表明,最佳的反应条件为盐酸胍和二乙烯三胺的反应比例为1.0∶1.5,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为1 h,药剂的pH值需调节到5~7,加药浓度为40 mg/L即可发挥较好的效果。该方法具有原材料易得,合成工艺简单,合成中没有使用和产生剧毒物质等优点。In this paper,a guanidine bactericide was synthesized by guanidine hydrochloride and diethylenetriamine.Bacterial experiments was conducted using injected water from an oilfield in the South China Sea.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows,reaction ratio of guanidine hydrochloride and diethylenetriamine was 1.0∶1.5,reaction temperature was 110℃,reaction time was 1 h.The pH of the agent should be adjusted to 5~7,and the concentration of the agent should be 40 mg/L to play a better effect.The method has the advantages of easy access to raw materials,simple synthesis process,no use and production of highly toxic substances in the synthesis.
