摘  要:在10kV配电网络中,普遍采用中性点不接地或经消弧线圈接地的小电流接地方式,在发生高阻接地故障后,故障特征不明显,对故障识别的难度较高。基于上述问题,提出利用小波算法提取故障线路特征,将零序电流小波和小波能量熵作为识别高阻接地故障的特征量。利用仿真软件PSCAD搭建了10kV中性点经消弧线圈接地配电网线路模型,仿真得到小电流接地系统发生高阻接地故障时的电压电流波形,然后采用Matlab软件分析故障波形,提取故障的特征量并识别故障。仿真试验证明该方法具有良好的故障识别效果。In 10 kV distribution networks,small current grounding methods with ungrounded neutral points or grounded through arc suppression coils are commonly used.After a high resistance grounding fault occurs,the fault characteristics are not obvious,making it dfficult to identify faults.Based on the above issues,this paper proposes a method of using wavelet algorithm to extract fault line features,using zero sequence current wavelet and wavelet energy entropy as feature quantities for identifying high resistance grounding faults.In this paper,based on the simulation software PSCAD,a 10 kV neutral grounding distribution network line model through arc suppression coil is built,and the voltage and current waveform of low current earthing system when high resistance grounding fault occurs is obtained by simulation.Then,the fault waveform is analyzed by Matlab software,and the fault characteristics are extracted and identified.Simulation experiments show that this method has good fault identification effect.
