摘　　要：针对目前多风气候条件下悬垂线夹等金具的闭口销容易脱落,影响电力线路的安全运行,以及人工补装导线侧闭口销耗时长的问题,设计了一款新型直线杆塔悬垂线夹地电位给销装置。该装置基于搭扣对准原理、杠杆原理以及塑性形变原理,通过固定销子的抓手,将中间部位设计为可旋转90°的操作轴,将销子固定在前爪,克服了传统给销装置无法将开口销的开口角度调整至60°的难题,实现了地电位多角度作业,从而可在短时间内完成带电补装导线侧缺失闭口销的工作。In view of the current windy weather conditions,the cotter pin of the pendant wire clamp and other hardware are prone to fall off,which affects the safe operation of the power line,and the manual installation of the wire side closure pin is time-consuming.In this paper,a new type ground potential cotter pin for the suspension line of linear pole tower is designed based on the principle of buckle alignment,lever and plastic deformation.The gripper of the fixed pin is designed as an operating shaft that can rotate 90°in the middle part,and the pin is fixed in the front paw,which overcomes the problem that the opening angle of the cotter pin cannot be adjusted to 6oo by the traditional cotter pin,and realizes multi-angle operation of ground potential,so that the work of missing cotter pin on wire side can be completed in a short time.
