摘 要:供销合作社是我国农村与市场连接的重要桥梁。研究运用组织化理论分析了我国供销合作社助力乡村产业振兴的内在机理,以重庆市多个案例总结供销合作社在乡村产业发展中的功能发挥及其成效。研究发现,供销合作社助力乡村产业振兴的机制表现为:基层供销社采用组织化功能,实现了对农业合作组织进行组织能量、组织统筹与社会动员,以及自身发展的协同。实践中,通过基层供销社相互入股组建农业产业化联合体、建立产加销一体化体系、构建统一社会化服务体系等路径,实现了基层供销合作社、农业合作组织的关联共进,进而通过组织化功能的水平提升有效助力乡村产业振兴。基于此,应继续深化供销合作社改革,让供销合作社活跃于乡村产业中。Supply and marketing cooperatives are an important bridge connecting China’s rural areas and markets.This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of China’s supply and marketing cooperatives in promoting the revitalization of rural industries by using the organization theory,and summarizes the function and effectiveness of supply and marketing cooperatives in the development of rural industries based on several cases in Chongqing.The research found that the mechanism of supply and marketing cooperatives to promote the revitalization of rural industries is shown as follows:the grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives use organizational functions to achieve the coordination of organizational energy,organizational coordination and social mobilization for agricultural cooperative organizations,as well as their own development.In practice,the grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives and agricultural cooperative organizations have achieved joint development through mutual equity participation in the formation of agricultural industrialization consortiums,the establishment of an integrated system of production,processing and marketing,and the construction of a unified social service system,thus effectively promoting the revitalization of rural industries through the level of organizational functions.Based on this,we should continue to deepen the reform of supply and marketing cooperatives and make them active in rural industries.
