摘　　要：南果梨是我国特有、珍贵的果树种质资源,具有十分重要的发掘价值,主要分布在辽宁省鞍山、辽阳两市,在吉林、内蒙古等与辽宁省接壤的地区亦有栽培,近年在新疆也开始发展。随着梨产业结构的调整、高质量发展的需求以及“科技自立自强、种源自主可控”国家战略的实施,品质改良相关研究具有重要的生产意义,是目前研究的重点方向。总结了南果梨芽变品种及以其为亲本杂交选育出的新品种的主要特征、特性,综述了南果梨果实香气、后熟软化及综合品质提升等方面的研究概况,指出了南果梨产业中存在的主要问题,并从芽变选优、重要农艺性状机制解析与关键基因挖掘以及低效果园提质增效技术等方面提出了建议。‘Nanguo’pear is a unique and precious fruit tree germplasm resource in China,which has very important excavation value.It is mainly distributed in Anshan and Liaoyang cities of Liaoning Province.It is also cultivated in Jilin,Inner Mongolia and other areas bordering Liaoning Province.In recent years,it has also begun to develop in Xinjiang.With the adjustment of pear industrial structure,the demand of high-quality development and the implementation of the national strategy of“self-reliance and self-improvement of science and technology,self-control of provenance”,the research on quality improvement has important production significance and is the focus of current research.This paper summarizes the main characteristics of‘Nanguo’pear bud mutation varieties and new varieties bred by hybridization with them as parents,the research on aroma ripening and softening and comprehensive quality improvement of‘Nanguo’pear fruit were reviewed.The main problems in the industry of‘Nanguo’pear were pointed out and some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of bud mutation selection,mechanism analysis of important agronomic traits,key gene mining,and quality and efficiency improvement technology in inefficient orchards.
