摘　　要：葡萄扇叶衰退病(grapevine fanleaf degeneration disease,GFDD)是葡萄栽培中常见的病毒病害,在我国葡萄产区发生普遍,危害严重。引起该病的病毒种类有10余种,症状表现受葡萄品种、病毒种类、栽培条件等多种因素影响。由于高通量测序技术的发展与应用,我国鉴定发现了除葡萄扇叶病毒(grapevine fanleaf virus,GFLV)之外的3种GFDD相关病毒,即葡萄浆果内坏死病毒(grapevine berry inner necrosis virus,GINV)、灰比诺葡萄病毒(grapevine Pinot gris virus,GPGV)和葡萄蚕豆萎蔫病毒(grapevine fabavirus,GFabV)。系统综述了我国GFDD的主要病原及其侵染状况,可为该病害的精准防控提供参考。Grapevine fanleaf degeneration disease(GFDD)is one of the most common viral disease in grape cultivation,occurring widely in major grape-producing regions in China and causing severe damage.More than 10 agent viruses of GFDD were reported in the world.The symptoms of GFDD are complex and affected by agent virus,grape variety and cultivation condition.In China,with the application of high-throughput sequencing technology,we identified grapevine berry inner necrosis virus(GINV),grapevine Pinot gris virus(GPGV)and grapevine fabavirus(GFabV)from GFDD grapevine.Grapevine fanleaf virus(GFLV)was not detected in most grapevine samples exhibiting GFDD symptoms,but GINV,GPGV and GFabV were more frequently detected.Therefore,this article provides a systematic review of the research progress of GFDD viral agents and their infection status in China,aiming to provide a reference for the precise prevention and control of this disease.
