摘  要:研究外源水杨酸(SA)和褪黑素(MT)对栽植在连作土壤中桃树生长、叶片叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性的影响,并筛选出适宜浓度,为开发桃园克服连作障碍的技术提供理论支撑。以中桃砧1号为试验材料,栽植于桃园连作土壤中,喷施不同浓度SA和MT,测定桃树株高增量、茎粗增量、叶片叶绿素含量、叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶片抗氧化酶活性。结果表明,随着SA、MT浓度增加,桃树株高增量、茎粗增量、叶片叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性均先升高后降低,叶片MDA含量先降低后升高。与对照相比,当SA浓度为200 mg/L、MT浓度为100 mg/L时,桃树株高增量、茎粗增量、叶片叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性均达到最大值,与对照均差异极显著;叶片MDA含量达到最小值,极显著低于对照。喷施适宜浓度SA和MT均能提高桃树在连作土壤中的生长势,SA浓度为200 mg/L、MT浓度为100 mg/L时效果最佳。In this study,the effects of exogenous salicylic acid(SA)and melatonin(MT)treatments on the plant growth,leaf chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity of peach trees under continuous cropping were investigated,and the optimal concentration was selected,which provided theoretical support for peach orchard to overcome the obstacle of continuous cropping.The experimental material was‘Zhongtao zhen 1',planted in continuous cropping soil,and sprayed with SA and MT of different concentrations.We measured plant height increment,stem diameter increment,leaf chlorophyll content,leaf malondialdehyde(MDA)content and leaf antioxidant enzyme activity of peach trees.The results showed that,with the increase of SA and MT concentrations,plant height increment,stem diameter increment,leaf chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity increased first and then decreased,while MDA content decreased first and then increased.Compared with the control,when SA spraying concentration was 200 mg/L and MT spraying concentration was 100 mg/L,the plant height increment,stem diameter increment,leaf chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity reached the maximum and the difference was extremely significant,while MDA content reached the minimum and significantly decreased.Spraying the suitable concentration of SA and MT can improve the resistance of peach to continuous cropping and alleviate the degree of peroxidation,and the best effect is when the concentration of SA is 200 mg/L and MT is 100 mg/L.
