摘  要:催化裂解技术可高效低能耗地资源化处理利用有机硅高沸物,所用的催化剂主要有氯化铝基催化剂、有机胺基催化剂、钯磷配位化合物基催化剂、磷酸盐基催化剂、过渡金属及其化合物基催化剂、分子筛和活性炭基催化剂等。通过对催化剂的特点、发展现状和趋势进行研究,为有效利用催化剂对有机硅高沸物通过催化裂解实现资源化处理利用提供参考借鉴和技术支持。研究表明,有机胺基催化剂具有其他催化剂无可比拟的优势,是未来有机硅高沸物催化裂解用催化剂发展的一个趋势和热点,具有良好的发展前景,建议开发利用这类催化剂。The catalysts for the catalytic pyrolysis of the organosilicon high boiling residues by which the resource utilization treatment of organosilicon high boiling residues can be realized with high efficiency and low energy consumption include mainly aluminium-chloride-based catalysts,organic-amine-based catalysts,phosphorus-palladium-coordination-compounds-based catalysts,phosphate-based catalysts,transition metal and transition metal compounds-based catalysts,molecular sieve and activated carbon-based catalysts.The characteristic and development status and trend of the catalysts for the catalytic pyrolysis of the organosilicon high boiling residues was studied to provide support for the resource utilization treatment of organosilicon high boiling residues.It can be shown from the study that the organic-amine-based catalysts have more advantage than other technologies,and are development trend and hotspot of catalysts for the catalytic pyrolysis of the organosilicon high boiling residues,have good development prospects.Therefore,the organic-amine-based catalysts should be developed and utilized.
