摘　　要：通过高压循环冷却器管箱结构的设计改进,采用合理的制造方法对改进后的结构进行质量控制。管箱设计改进后有效的保证了管板堆焊质量及换热管与管板的焊接质量,从而提高了设备的运行周期,同时为公司节省了设备的制造成本。Through the design improvement of the tube box structure of the high-pressure circulating cooler,the quality control of the improved structure is carried out by using reasonable manufacturing methods.After the improvement of the tube box design,the surfacing quality of the tube sheet and the welding quality of the heat exchange tube and the tube sheet are effectively guaranteed,thus improving the operation cycle of the equipment and saving the manufacturing cost of the equipment for the company.
