摘　　要：某化工厂通过罐底板检测、劳动保护整改、罐内中央排水管及加热器更换、罐内外防腐、浮梯检修及浮盘密封更换等一系类检修手段,全面的对原油储罐进行了检修,消除了储罐运行中存在的安全隐患,保障了储罐的长周期安全平稳运行,同时为后续同类储罐检修积累了宝贵经验。A chemical plant has comprehensively inspected the crude oil storage tank through a series of maintenance methods,including tank bottom plate inspection,labor protection rectification,replacement of central drainage pipes and heaters inside the tank,corrosion prevention inside and outside the tank,maintenance of floating ladders,and replacement of floating plate seals.This has eliminated safety hazards in tank operation,ensured the long-term safe and stable operation of the tank,and accumulated valuable experience for similar tank maintenance in th-e future.
