摘  要:本文针对聚变堆新型波导管结构材料CuCrZr合金开展电子束焊接探索,结合微观表征和力学试验,系统研究了焊接工艺和焊后热处理条件对接头显微组织与力学性能的影响。在此基础上解析了接头的形成机制及焊接工艺调控接头组织性能的本质原因。结果表明:CuCrZr合金电子束焊接头由热影响区、熔合区和焊缝区组成,其中热影响区又可分为细晶区和粗晶区。接头最佳抗拉强度达到了333 MPa,满足ITER中波导管的焊接要求(>280 MPa)。焊后热处理能显著改善接头的显微组织与应力分布。接头在500℃热处理12 h的抗拉强度达到了408 MPa,比未热处理的接头提高了22.3%。焊后热处理促进了焊缝区中Cr相析出,增强了析出强化效应。In present paper,the effects of electron beam welding(EBW)parameters and post-weld heat-treatment conditions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of CuCrZr alloy as the candidate for next-generation waveguide in thermonuclear fusion reactor were investigated using microstructural characterization and mechanical tests.On this basis,the underlying formation mechanism of joint and influence of EBW parameter on the microstructure and properties of joint were revealed.The results show that the joints of CuCrZr allows are composed of heat-affected zone(HAZ),fusion zone(FZ)and weld zone(WZ).The HAZ can be further divided into fine grain HAZ(FGHAZ)and coarse grain HAZ(CGHAZ).The best ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of joint obtained in current study reaches 333 MPa,meeting the ITER requirement of waveguide weldment(>280 MPa).The post-weld heat treatments are utilized to modified the microstructure and residual stress distribution of joint.The UTS of joint with heat-treatment at 500℃for 12 h is increased to 408 MPa,about 22.3%higher than the joint without heat treatment.The Cr precipitation in WZ is facilitated by the heat treatment,contributing to the precipitation hardening.
